Scrabble Challenge - Welcome to Kitten Cove

The Scrabble Challenge, as I call it, is to take every word in the scrabble game and include them in a story. It was hard but fun. As I write I never quite know what a story will be but this one I realize was about a place. I listed the 29 scrabble words and worked my way through them. I used every word but with some I added suffixes(and maybe stretching the use of them). It was hard work with lots of editing- to which I just had to stop and let it be. Enjoy!
The first section - the story. The second - the story with the scrabble words in bold.
Kitten Cove
Kitten Cove is a beautiful, quaint, leaming village on the outskirts of Cativerse City. It's tricky to find. It's hidden behind a high stony facade covered in moss. Once inside there's a set of stairs and railing that lead down to a green valley. There's also a sliding tunnel that kittens prefer. This is where Pallina, una mamma gatta, with her two gattini, Luna and Leo, find their new home. They lost their papa some time ago, and we're looking for this sought after place.
Once they arrive Mayor Catsense welcomes them to his abode. As is his custom he hugs the newly arrived and greets them with, "Welcome to our Res." He gives a brief history of Kitten Cove. It's specialty with autism. It's ability to create a safe zen-like haven for kittens and cats of all diversities and nationalities. He is proud that it is a quiet place with no hurtful teasing, no antis and no slurs like 'wop' are ever heard. Kittens born out of wedlock are accepted, adored and doted on by Grandma kitties who named themselves The Catidoters.
Mayor Catsense brings the new arrivals on a tour. They notice the neon colors of many abodes. He points to a Jazz cafe for those who like to jive. And they walk by a bakery full of catnip-flavored tiramisu, creme brulee, flan, baklava, apfelstrudel, and the mayor's favorite, sponge cake. Any dessert one has a yen for is here in this world-class bakery. But there are also vegetable gardens for the health-conscious cats where the kittens often run by yelling "Ewwwww..."
For convenience large vats are filled with water and connected to fountains so the residents never need worry about water or thirst.
The mayor figures in everything when it comes to the comfort of families in Kitten Cove. Pallina tells the mayor of her experience with a Kitten Cove hoax. A town quite the opposite of this one and how she left there in dismay. She's very relieved to find the real Kitten Cove.
The kittens playground is the final leg of the tour. So happy are the little ones in their favorite environment, they meow, purr and sing a song that sounds like "Fa, ef, el ... Fa, ef, el". Pallina chuckles when little Luna and Leo run to join the fun and sing along.
Both Mayor Catsense and Pallina sit on a soft seat of moss taking in their surroundings with all their senses. They sniff the clean air, look up at the clear blue sky and settle down to watch the kittens jump, scramble and tussle with each other knowing they are safe here. Both cats sit in this pretty spot in Kitten Cove, so content they relax into a gentle purr.
